Hangas, management know what they have here so they certainly wouldn't be giving it away IMO. Suspect they will try and do something whereby they engineer a way to be able to sell part of the shale play to develop the other. I doubt they will sell the lot at this stage without taking it to it's full potential ( or close to it's full potential). I have no idea on acreage values at this stage but all I can say is that it would be well north of $500/acre and less than $5000/ acre IMO.
