Purchased more at $1.80. At the end of the day this is a realestate play. And this stock owns GREAT property. You can not replicate what Aveo have established over many years. Today the stock is trading at an 11pc earnings yield and is at a 55pc discount to NTA. This is Australia's cheapest institutional grade real estate holding. I don't anticipate these assets remaining in Australian hands for long....this is so cheap it's ridiculous. And the discount ignores the sites scheduled to come out of the ground in the next 24 months at material profit in terms of yield on cost, just as we move into baby boomer retirement village boom.....
