'With an allotment of shares that equate to less than 6.5% dilution.'
this could be a silly question: how do you arrive at less than 6.5% dilution?
i see on tradingroom.com that there are 308 million shares on the register. i read in the announcement that they are giving out 172,820,046 shares at 30c and 21,602,506 options with an excersise price of 36c.
looks like alot more than 6% dilution.
have i missed something here?
it may not go up at until the shareholder approval is obtained at the egm in feb.
