mate, thats a fantastic run down. You confirmed a lot of things that i had thought regarding beauracracy getting in the way and the stupidity of the Carpenter government borders on being hilarious if it wasn't costing us all money. I still think they are being very conservative to wait on contracts being signed, the market cap of the mid-west players is now in the many billions, when you are a small growth company you need to be aggressive or you'll die wondering. I will definitely give them a call and let you know any more interesting feedback. A 230 mn market cap would make this a 23 bagger!, so there's some hope yet. thanks again.
