Well no, not really.
1) I've not seen any evidence they've sold any shares from Tranche 1
2) The company has stated there are protections in place to prevent Bergen from manipulating the SP or dumping shares. The details of provisions are apparently confidential.
3) They don't have anywhere near the shares that you've used for your "calculations"
