Please stay on the same page, you and HAC's argument was C1 costs and project viability (not funding) and provided you with references to the topic, again not funding. Why is it that when you are proven wrong you quickly change the scope of the conversation to suite your agenda.
Its obvious that funding under these macro conditions will not be easy.
