Obviously, for the sake of illustration, the $100 production cost and the $100 sales price encompass all types of premiums, credits, deductions etc. It is a hypothetical illustration of how minerals can be worth zero - not a rendition of a working mine.

Bottom line - HAC30 is correct in his analysis. You and Alway are not.
