Its scary h00ts, the amount of people out there that dont know what they are doing is unbelievable.
I was triing to tell a client, you know there is a difference in price what you think the property is worth and what the bank thinks the property is worth and if it is less than your purchase price you need to come up with the difference.
My client took it personaly and thought i was telling them you dont think its worth that. I said its not me it is the bank.
As you could imagine that didnt sit too well.
