So he doesn't concern himself with location? Local or residential work force costs and labour. As it's cheaper to use labour from towns closer to mining projects especially gold... look at kalgoorlie.. compared to isolated Pilbara gold projects.. is it open pit or underground as both pose vastly different costs metrics and returns... how is the rock formation and how does it need to be liberated, how much cyanide, and other chemicals needs to be added to strip the other metals in the contained ore.. is it high in copper... which posses a large cost determination to extract and separate copper before it goes into your CIL/CIP tanks... how big the processing plant is.. how many Tanks, wash columns electrowinning circuits there are, if you used Knelsons and gravity circuit..

You name it there is a continual price change in the cost of extract to final cost...

But that bloke seems his idea is smarter... when he takes zero other consideration into play... God help anyone who uses that blokes consulting to build a gold mine...
