Nobody in their right mind lends money on projections.
The return for the lenders above the risk free rate doesn't justify that level of gambling.
Its like someone trying to get a home loan and saying 'please ignore than I earn $50,000 per annum now, Im told gonna earn way more than that in a few years in my career, trust me!'
You get told to come back when it stacks up.
