Is there a reason why another agreement could not be made?
Or why SK could not participate in the CR?
It is not unusual for a cornerstone investor to approach a company
with the intent of taking a large position. Since SK/AUZ know
each other intimately and AUZ needed funds badly why would some
sort of deal not happen.
It is touted a lot on the forum that SK cannot get battery minerals anywhere
but from AUZ. Considering this belief it is hard to understand why they would
not want a foot in the door with buying shares.
There is a lot I could add to the above but due to TOUs on HC it is not possible.
Is there a reason why another agreement could not be made?Or why...
