Analysts for small cap funds comb through these stocks looking for investments with
the right mix of risk to reward ratio. Clearly the risk far out ways the reward in the
AUZ investment case scenario.
Next is retail traders to tap for funds. From the twitter feed to the embellished statements
made at investment presentations the company is clearly aiming at this segment of
the market. Unfortunately they have been pulled up in the past for such statements.
Also adding to what one can only imagine to be SKs displeasure at the petulant rebuttal
to an ASX query. Hardly the type of actions professional investment funds or potential
partners would view as calm strong leadership in a company.
Now we have this Marcus character on board who is going to save AUZ as he is a financing
genius . He would not have moved to AUZ unless the company was going places
is the general belief. Strangely the lack of belief in AUZ by investment funds or SK who
has as close to insider information on AUZ as one can get, cannot see a reason to invest.
The argument is put forward that we do not know why SK did not take up any shares they
are just doing what they see fit for them good or bad.Lets sweep the SK rebuttal to AUZ
under the carpet its old news anyway.
Yet we apparently know that Marcus has came to AUZ because of a bright future.
I certainly hope the man has broad shoulders
it seems like the future of AUZ and hopes of hotcopper punters is riding on them.
I see the argument that the government will pour money in to start up the Sconi mine
because 300 jobs will be created. If the goverment wanted to create 300 jobs
it could easily be done with an increase in projects for the military bases in
the city. No need to try and prop up some small company with tax payer funds.
The risk scenario is in the red zone and could stay there for a number of years
as the SP bounces around in penny dreadful territory.
