A new plant build costs around $1bn of the size QNI and Clive thinks he can speculate in an election and say repairs to a plant that need to have $100ml spent on it when he acquired it, spent no money on it, worked to an inch of it calapsing and now thinks all it needs is the same $100ml. Stacks have a demolition order on them, slurry pipes blocked, major structural rot, massive concrete rot, acid tanks rot, conveyors ceased. God knows what condition the autoclave is in. Plant is not under care and maintenance so wonder what the condition of the switchgear is like.
