yes not taking up the options was a bit disappointing, but the LFA and offtake a separate issue. For all we know LFA will include or reference an upfront payment.
lets wait and see, for all we know LFA will see an improvement for terms for AUZ, and significantly preferable to the options.
even if SKI don’t stump up any money or upfront, an LFA is a stronger tool/ instrument to put in front of financiers.
