Why would they build a smaller plant truely if you had a agreement to provide X amount and could foreshadow plant size and deliverables equally to X amount you would build to that amount.
Your comments are misleading and not to company announcements and generally off tune with news flow from company.
So until announcements contrary to what is already public knowledge on said plant output and off take agreement are put in the public domain. It is totally just your opinion which at most in past has been judged as down ramping a large % of the time. Hindsight is a wonderful thing as all resources stocks are down especially in this space and Vanadium but you see that Nickel is climbing as stocks deplete also EV revolution is building also comments by Bill Gates on Cobalt future stocks. This is not an assumption this is fact so just stay tuned.
