You still need to get that $1.4B to start with though and anyone looking to loan/invest will be looking at the figures in the BFS. They want a return on their money and currently this project doesn't offer them one. Will there be enough banks/investors willing to bet on nickel and cobalt prices being significantly higher in the future and for a sustained period of time? The market clearly doesn't think so.
