    Yup sorry was on the phone with Velocity wrecking my head.
    Yea if they spend $2m per quarter. If which would be 100k higher than recent guidance which itself was qualified saying they can spend less than 1.9 if they have to.

    Either way if I do agree if finance in some form isn't obtained by Sept. they'll likely need to raise again.
