Not a silly question.

If nothing progresses with mining, etc in the next year or so, then my guess would be for a MASSIVE consolidation (e.g., perhaps as much as 1 new share for every 10 shares cancelled) to bring the total number of shares on issue down thus raising the share price - which ends up usually quite a bit less than it should be (i.e., it won't be 10x the pre-consolidation price) - and then another CR. The cycle repeats based on how much company spin investors digest and how much operational success company achieves.
