In addition there are 1oo,ooo,ooo options expiring in July 2019 at 5c raising $5,000,000.This is the best CR keep the skin in the game for management,let them strive for a price well above 5c (an absolute certainty imo)and why would they dilute at high historical low and possibly jeopodise their little nest egg.Ian Olson has to find $1.5 million to finance his options.
It is also run as a very lean operation...they could have wasted money on teams of sales reps.
