managed to get all of it removed, as i said i would, by simply putting a TOU on it all..

its been a bit over a year since i visited mcmullen and i can see by the number of wells being drilled that the county is really taking off, i think it still ranks in the top five in terms of rig count if i remember rightly

plenty of chinese companies want access to the efs for insights and understandings for their own shale reservoirs back in china. we know there was interest from a US based company, and there is one australian company looking.

have to think its got to happen in 21012 still??

in may when i went to the agm cliff was saying the deal was weeks away.. we are 3 months later.. ground hog days..

from 2nd may to 27th june the WTI price just went on a huge slide.. but has come back from $76 to $96 since then..

perhaps the volatility had a factor in it.. i suspect it may of..

but i am optimistic as many long term holders are, we wait for an outcome that will reflect some nice returns to the shareholders..
