thats easily the prices being negotiated imho.. could be higher..
currently the share price or market cap has the company valued at:
$18k per acre
if they sell it at the $45k per acre, then the bank account will bulge
you would expect any professional to know that!
you dont get the higher sp until the sale is made, so the share is in limbo
when it happens, then you will be kicking yourselves for not buying more of a share that you well knew was just about to double or treble
my major share in my super, SBR, just went up 260%.. and it will go up many times more from this point... and i am kicking myself for not selling all of TXN and just waiting for that one to run... but you have to know the timing..
right now anyone buying TXN is stealing candy from a baby really, as the minimum this share will bounce is double..
the sellers are forced sellers and imho the buyers can ask any price they want, the markets are up and down, risk on one day risk off the next..
if texon put a price of $25k per acre on the acreages today they would have a flood of offers.. sale would be no issue
imho the sale is frustratingly long and drawn out, but none the less fairly certain to eventuate. and when it does, the multiples the share will go is dependant only on how many dollars per acre was achieved..
all imho and dyor
