Well aware of the delay but imo $1.05 seems a long way off if the present sp is any guide
it is not as if the sale,if and when ,it happens will a shock to anyone so one would think that the professionals have had ample time to work out what a sale might look like in which case the current sp would/could/should be relatively close to where it will be post a sale announcement
$1.05 would need a 110% increase from todays sp which just seems too long a stretch
I hope I am wrong as the higher the better
