Thinking out load again, if I were a director who had that many options I would make sure the sale was announced as a cash transaction, where it would drve the price to 1.20 to give me some room for the 1.05 strike price, then sit on the cash and announce in 2 months they will distribute say 80% back as a capital return and keep remainder to fund a drilling program based on wandoo so I can make sure I keep my job, collect my options, collect the capital return myself on my new shares, the get my wandoo company to collect all of theses new royalties based on new drill program.
Sounds cynical but don't care if sp is greater than 1.05 or runs up higher.
If I was looking after my own interests that type of result would be very profitable.
