    Realistically, why would they make an approach with anything better than 1 for 6? Or 1 for 7 initially, to make a 1 for 6 look better.

    Average price over the past 3 months is just over 46 cents. Give 30% premium and you're basically at 60. Throw in an extra cent for generosity and you're at 1 for 6.
