    across all technical indicator's and time frame this is a 100% strong buy rating  (may explain that big bidding surge on the close today).

    PEH has closed above the upper band by 24.3%.  If the price is in an uptrend; then this upward trend has a good chance to continue above the upper band by a further 24.3% potential gain (from current share price level of 20c).
