Agree. The other big differentiator is that AGO has the CAPACITY to produce a lot more IO than MGX, so the negativity of debt is balanced by the speculative value of that capacity.
Also, don't forget that a very large proportion of AGO's paper is held by the debt holders, essentially reducing the shares that are traded.
