Though not a necessity the MJO timing and Rossby Waves need to factor in.

The MJO is already here Luckymojo, and a west coast cyclone will develop mid next week, and then head into WA.

It will also drag down the atmospheric river into Eastern Australia, and we might see QLD get hit again. March is notorious for QLD hits if and when the conditions are right, and right now they are the best they have been for a few years.

Yes , I was looking at the 7 day forecast and saw an 'intense' low without a number dropping down from Bali way .. your image confirms this.
