Yes absolutely no reason to have the website available outside Australia. If you are on an overseas holiday or business you have been recorded via your passport and don't need to complete a census form so why invite trouble. Of course there could be any number of local IT savvy rogues that might be looking for entertainment as well and what could be more fun than disrupting our Census.
