I agree, Also from the presentation in Brisbane there is revenue from the JV to CNX consulting, expert skills etc.
The other key part of the presentation was the Chinese partners are paying for the foray into china.
Last but not lease Chinese Govt are keen to try new technology, possibly unlike some current Australian regulators.
