Id don't think these sort of things will change any serious investors thoughts on the company. The idea of flying under the radar seems absurd to me. People are watching everything on the market all the time if something is "under the radar" or so to speak it means people are passing it up in favor of other opportunities which they see as having more potential. That not to say things don't get undervalued, they obviously and clearly do, but sentiment changes, thats thats the market.

I'd also argue TXN didn't get cleaned out for a song but rather two parties came to an agreement which was believed to be in the best interest of all parties involved. Sure their valuation of TXNs assets may differ from your unrealized valuation, but the management obviously thought it in the holders best interest.
