Thanks for the comparison details.
I would like the Austal ship to win but when US Defence has these competitions they tend to go for the less radical design. Remember the YF 22 vs YF 23. Although they did go with the Abrams tank with a turbine compared to diesel.
With budget blowouts worldwide cost could win it for Austal.
