Not much detail in the announcement - maybe more will come out in the press or any broker upgrades. Minority interests resulted in a $3.6 million deduction in net profit in 2006. If all of this relates to the US minority assets then it looks like a very good buy. Net profit should increase by 9% - I hope the company will provide more detail.
