My question is that the Dow Jones is making new record highs everyday and a technical correction is long overdue.
The global economy is not a better place yet, with Western economies still facing high debt levels. Even Australia's budget deficit is starting to look worst with Swanny looking for ways to raise taxes to met the revenue shortfall.
Cyprus already hit the wall, its only a matter of time, before the negative news hits back Greece, Italy, or Ireland.
So in an event when the Dow Jones, such stocks as non-commodities fall, where will the money go when there is an equities sell off? My guess is back to commodities, esp. when its low.
I guess we can wait and see.
