Honestly, i dont really like this merger. I get why they did it, they want the cash poly have on hand, but other then that, the merger makes zero sense to me.



If they wanted 11mil in cash - why not just do a CR, at the moment they are getting 11million cash whilst giving up about 15million in market capitilisation.

There projects have nothing in common, fair enough if they had project close to each other to maybe integrate or treat through the one plant etc.

Little stumped why this is getting done.
