Maybe MGX could put $$200M in something like a small portfolio of stocks ie Brickworks , Shaffer , BHP , FIG and just have $100M to use for a smaller gold mine aqusition or buy out a gold miner, would give a bit of diversification and a bit of interest to the stock .
