Yes, I bet they would!
That has been the long term play of the Chinese with this resource since day one - they must not get it all to themselves at any cost - I am prepared to write off my "investment" rather than let these underhand dealings prevail.
Shame on the ASX and the Government for letting this scenario even be possible.
