He is the current CEO of Rox Gold.

He appears to stay with companies usually until they are sold such as Fronteer Gold Inc to Newmont Mining Corp...

If his interests have changed and he has currently helped with our CYL/NML JV at Tandarra perhaps he has helped with the future financing and mining transition of NML and hence has been able to sell his portion of shares to the possible financing company to help this come into fruition? Perhaps this is also part of his payment package??

Just a guess but I think some big news is coming our way, and I would also expect another company to possibly start acquiring more shares on the market to be able to compete against this future possible takeover and/or possible future finacing deal??
