Tanzi is still head of Prana's scientific panel I think. Over the years Tanzi has been involved with several companies, which is not surprising for researchers at his level. His day job is still running his labs at MGH/Harvard and I think that is where Moir works or did work. As far as I know Moir has no association with Prana, although the work he and Tanzi did at MGH suggesting AB is part of the brains innate immune system, sure threw into question the use of MABs to directly remove AB, and was strong evidence Prana's PBT2, which does not directly attack AB, was more likely to succeed.

Dr Tanzi is the Director of the Genetics and Aging Research Unit at the MassGeneral Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases, and the Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital."
