Just one question when you say 35% from 11.8C does that mean it is now 7.7C.   They way you phrased this is a little strange for a Yankee 

Sorry  for slow reply. I  had couple of bad events hit peopl close to me all at once.  No comments as to what this means till after H1 CC.   Maybe not for a few days after that.  Need to visit some people there will belots of flying and driving.   I know it is hard to believe it in US but sometimes it is just esier to drive 250 mi after flying when the small carriers just do not line up.
