I think EL 24879 was FSL's pre SRK. In fact looking at the 05 FSL hard copy prospectus it was. Also the Canning Well assets were FSLs (629 & 585). All were under agreement of 75% with Hume Mining. This was paid off via Orion Equities.
Their is 25m in escrow.
Very obviously, they are looking at Peru as their company maker - not buying yet but she is pretty safe atm given their $9m cash position. Look for X trades and perhaps an EGM IMO.
