Not uncommon for the management team who initialise a project to retire in favour of those better suited to running a production company.
Company history doesn't bode well for getting Hadeetha up and running. Maybe the people providing the funding will look at a change in management unless they are happy with a laid back approach to their money being employed.
In my opinion definitely time for a change of management.
