when you do the sum s AUL are paying %500 pa for the death spiral 3 b loan shark deal . every issue is near %50 discount to current share price.. they are running near 1 every 4 weeks .. so every dilution magna deal they make %50 ..why don't the company do a discounted issue to all shareholders instead of the very fortunate magna getting %50 per month gift ?? the same deal is happening in AVQ as well?? why management cant be that stupid to have this loan shark deal to keep going for the benefit of 1 and the capital destruction for all the other shareholders
