I think that single 10,000,000 share pending purchase is most likely someone who bought back when this was MNM and is trying to average down.

I'm in the same boat and will be watching closely to jump in when the SP is a point or two lower.

If I do this I can get my initial purchase price way down to a level that will enable me to get my money back..

I would not be surprised if there are quite a few Holders in the same boat.
