Hmmm, short of time to research nowadays but noticed something quite interesting in the last quarterly.
They have made progress with atmospheric leaching of the Homerville saprolite.
IMHO that is a very important step - it might open up heap leach as an extraction method for the nickel and cobalt.
That should be very low capex and opex.
Homerville is not that small, it contains 110,000t of nickel worth about 2.8B IGV (at US$25,000/t). There is hopfully an upgrade on both the size and the grade due sometime soon as well (according to the company).
