The news letter has been ongoing for years and I would recommend anyone interested or invested in GSL to subscribe.
The conference call yesterday was very informative and I would also recommend people who missed it to have a watch/listen when it is published.
They have plan B & C ready for funding. They are no longer waiting for Turkey. They mentioned that deal is no longer exclusive. New Moonie was addressed in question time and they have pre-approval to invest in GSL. The term sheet still needs to be setup but they are considered a "friendly" investor. So the question is whether Turkey or New Moonie make funds available first. They need a $10m investment to trigger $15m is non dilutive funding (total $25m).
The quarterly, the con-call and the newsletter collectively provide a great update of where GSL are and their future prospects.
They will trade again once they have a deal or no deal.
