    SF,

It could be due to fears of insider trading rules, but it hasn't stopped them before!

If you want to see where they have traded in what appears to be a breach of their own rules, check out http://nusepboardreform.info/purchases.html

Is this also in contravention of ASIC/ASX rules as well? But both ASIC and ASX seem like toothless pussycats who don't really look after the little guys like us.

    If you look at http://nusepboardreform.info/question.html#Manusu9Aug
it would also appear that the The Executive Chairman of NuSep (NSP.AX) was questioned about this. I don't know aht his answers were as this has not been published.

What is documented at http://nusepboardreform.info/purchasesdetail.html#ReconciliationNov10 is also interesting. Is this an obfuscation of clear-cut insider trading?

What is at nusepboardreform.info appears to be well researched and documented, although a little long at times. It is recommended as a source if you are interested in some of the things that have been going on at NuSep. It has not been updated for a year or so, which is a shame because I for one, would like to see more detail published about the goings on at the board and management of NuSep.
