Could the reason the directors aren't buying be that they have price sensitive information that hasn't yet been released to the market? If this were the case wouldn't it be against the exchange rules for them to buy now at these relatively low levels?
If the directors really have lost confidence why are they converting their loans to shares at 7 cents, rather than continuing to receive inflated interest returns on their money? Is it because the company can't afford the interest?
Whatever the answers this Swish Fish agrees with you that something smells really fishy...and she should know! LOL
