    In the last Qtr report it reads clearly-

    While the A$0.33 payment under the Scheme is fixed, the final amount of the Distribution is subject to various factors including commodity price and foreign exchange movements and Amadeus' financial performance up to the date the Scheme becomes effective ("Effective Date").
