eden are not buying the company, just the shares in the company - its not the same thing as i understand it.

in the asx announcements the resignation of the current board and the installation of a new board of directors is mentioned.

eden could carry on trading its 100% owned business under the name of amu.

thats just what i personally understand. of cause eden can trade its 100% owned business under what ever name it wishes.

its probably looks all a bit a bit academic now anyway at this late stage.
