Settle down timtam, I'm not saying anything of the sort!

....its not me thats getting it mostly right in the long term, its the approach I use (along with many other people) and I am not proclaiming myself smarter or more brilliant than everyone else. The premise is that markets ( ie timbaj, shorters, brokers etc) are noisy and don't get it right quite often and provide opportunities for value investors to buy great companies cheaply in order to earn alpha above an appropriate risk adjusted return. Generally, this approach necessarily means you are a contrarian and are effectively betting against the consensus.

Again, its not me, its the logical method, and I just happen to be having an ok time at executing it.....although as long as you are across the structural framework, its actually not too hard intellectually, although it can be emotionally.

....its also far less stressful than hourly candles with short stops everywhere.
